Leasing the Way, a business operating under the ALS Ohio umbrella organization, provides operational text messaging through its Fleet Command vehicle management system.

This messaging program is intended for drivers who have agreed to receive communications concerning vehicles assigned to them.

2. Types of Messages

Drivers enrolled in the program may receive text messages concerning:

• Monthly vehicle mileage reporting

• Vehicle inspection and photograph requests

• Maintenance issues and repair follow-ups

• Vehicle registration notifications

• Vehicle assignments and operational updates

• Other fleet-related announcements

Messages may contain secure links to vehicle check-in forms where drivers can report mileage, identify vehicle problems, and upload requested vehicle photographs.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on vehicle assignments, reporting schedules, maintenance needs, and operational circumstances.

Monthly vehicle check-ins are generally requested once per month. Additional reminders or operational notifications may be sent as needed.

4. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on the driver's mobile carrier and wireless service plan.

Leasing the Way does not charge a separate subscription fee for participation in this SMS program.

5. Consent to Receive Messages

Drivers must voluntarily opt in before receiving operational SMS messages from Leasing the Way.

Consent may be collected through an approved driver enrollment or onboarding process.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.

6. Opting Out

Drivers may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying:

After opting out, the driver will no longer receive messages through this SMS program unless they subsequently opt in again.
