Leasing the Way

Leasing the Way is a business operating under the ALS Ohio umbrella organization, providing vehicle fleet management and operational coordination for participating businesses.

Our role is to help keep company vehicles organized, maintained, and ready for daily operations. Through centralized fleet oversight, we coordinate vehicle assignments, mileage reporting, maintenance tracking, registration monitoring, and routine vehicle-condition inspections.

Keeping Our Fleet Connected

Leasing the Way uses Fleet Command, our fleet management platform, to communicate with authorized drivers and manage vehicle-related information.

Drivers who enroll in our SMS communications program may receive monthly mileage requests, vehicle inspection and photo requests, maintenance follow-ups, registration reminders, and other important fleet-related operational notifications.

These communications help us identify maintenance needs, maintain accurate vehicle records, and support safe, reliable transportation across the businesses we serve.
